Olá minhas queridas leitoras!! Hoje tenho para vós mostrar mais um tutorial, espero que não estejam a ficar fartas (eheh)! Eu como tenho o cabelo comprido, às vezes é difícil conseguir algum volume, por isso, aqui está um pequeno troque que faço para conseguir dar algum corpo ao meu cabelo. Vamos lá ao tutorial!Hello my dear readers!! Today I'm back with a new tutorial, hope your not getting sick of them (eheh)! Since I have long hair, I lose a lot of volume in my roots, so here's a way I found to help give some body to my locks. Let's get to it!
1. Para conseguir o máximo de volume naturalmente, gosto deixar o meu cabelo secar ao ar livre, assim ele ganha alguns jeito. Pode também utilizar um secador para ajudar a criar volume.
To get the maximum volume out of my natural hair, I like to let it air dry, and in case I want even more volume I will on occasion use a blow dryer.
2. Antes de aplicar qualquer tipo de calor no cabelo convém utilizar um protector, eu utilizei o Syoss Spray Protector de Calor. Depois dividi o cabelo em três secções com uma mola para que seja mais fácil de ondular. Comecei por ondular o cabelo mais próximo do pescoço, subindo para cima até não restar cabelo. Pegue numa madeixa, aproximadamente da largura de dois dedos e comece a ondular com o ferro, direccionado o cabelo no sentido oposto da cara e continue assim até não restar mais cabelo. Eu utilizei o Modelador Satin Hair 7 Colour da Braun, é um ferro grosso que ajuda a criar ondas largas e grande.
Before applying any type of heat to the hair it’s important that you use a heat protector, I used the Syoss Heat Protector. Then I divided my hair in three sections with a hair clip so it would be easier to curl. I started off by curling from the bottom part of my hair and working my way up until no hair was left. Start by picking up a strand of hair that is the size of around two fingers and curl hair with wand away from the face, continue until there is no more hair left. I used the Satin Hair Colour 7 Curling Iron from Braun, it has a large wand which helps create loose waves.

3. Agora vem a parte que interessa...criar volume! Eu faço este passo apenas na parte superior do cabelo, mas pode ser feito por todo o cabelo. Então, começamos por apanhar uma madeixa da parte superior da cabeça e enrolamos à volta de um rolo (Carlos Santos), eu coloquei 3, mas pode colocar tanto quanto for necessário. Depois basta aquecer com ar quente de um secador, e deixar arrefecer completamente!
Now comes the volume creating part! I like to do this only on the top section of my hair, but it can be done all over. So begin by picking up a chunk of hair from the top and roll it around a roller (Carlos Santos), I only used 3 rollers, but you can use as many as you need. Then all you have to do is blast the hair in the rollers with hot air from the blow dryer, and let cool completely!

4. Finalmente, basta remover os rolos e pentear como desejado! Este pequeno troque ajuda me bastante a criar aquele volume extra. Podem finalizar com laca para o cabelo.
And finally, just remove the rollers and style as wanted! This little trick really does help me in creating that extra bit of volume. You can then finish with hairspray.
