Hello my dear readers!! As you may have guessed by now, I love braids, especially in the Summer time. Today I have a hairstyle to share with you, my take on a braided crown. Let's get to it!
Start off with curly/wavy hair. Hair with texture helps hold a braid and personally I prefer it.

Pick a big strand of hair and make a simple French inverted braid and tie with an elastic. Then start messing it up, pulling on the braid to loosen it up and create more texture. Then just secure with bobby pins on the back of the head.

Do exactly the same thing on the other side but with a smaller strand of hair, I like the effect it gives with two different size braids, and then just secure in the back again.

I love this look! It's super easy to make! If you try it out please tell me in the comments and send me photos I'd love to see!
