Top 5 Bold Lipsticks - Verson High End

Eu geralmente não gosto de gastar uma fortuna na minha maquilhagem (ia ficar pobre muuiittoo rápido!), é por isso que quando decido comprar prefiro investir, neste caso, num batom com muita pigmentação e uma cor forte. Normalmente quanto mais pagas melhor será a pigmentação, mas nem sempre é assim, por isso mais vale experimentar antes de comprar! Aqui estão as minhas Top 5 batons:

I normally don't like to waste a fortune on my makeup (I would become poor relatively quickly!), so that's why when I decide to buy expensive makeup, in this case lipstick, I like to invest on something with high pigmentation and bold/strong colors. Normally the higher you pay the greater the pigmentation, but as we know, it's not always like that, so it pays to try it out before buying! So here are my Top 5 lipsticks:

Session 3 - Review La Roche-Posay

E cá estamos nós!! A Session 3 está oficialmente lançada!! *foguetes* *festa* Já tínhamos prometido algo em grande AQUI e agora viemos cumprir!!  Esta primeira Session 3 vai ser uma review ao produto effaclar gel, espero que gostem e que voltem para mais Session 3, porque nós iremos com certeza voltar…marquem nos vossos calendários e agendas, dia 3 de cada mês nós vamos cá estar!!!

Durante a troca de prendas ente bloggers, eu recebi uma amostra do gel purificante da La Roche-Posay. Admito que nunca fui fã dos produtos dessa marca, nunca me chamaram muita à atenção, sempre preferi marcas que possa encontrar no supermercado (embalagens com cores vivas).

Eu tenho uma pele normal a mista (apenas fico oleosa na zona-T), por isso, este review será da minha perspectiva, caso tenha pele oleosa pode visitar o blog da Catarina, A Girl in Mint Green, ou então se tem pele seca pode visitar o blog da Joana, Far Off Places. O gel purificante Effaclar da La Roche-Posay é destinada a peles sensíveis e oleosas, o que me deixou hesitante, será que vai deixar a minha pele ressequida? Usei ao longo de duas semanas, e não me secou a pele! É bastante suave e deixa a pele hidratada mas sem aquela sensação de película gordurosas devido a um ph 5.5. Adorei o cheiro, perfeito para as manhãs, e também gostei do facto de ser livre de parabenos. Em resumo, gostei bastante do gel, não tenho nada de negativo a dizer, acho que é um óptimo gel de limpeza perfeito para utilizar todos os dias.

During the christmas gift swap between bloggers, I received a sample of the purifying foaming gel from La Roche-Posay. I must admit, I was never a big fan of la roche posay, it never really caught my attention, I've always preferred brands I could pick up while grocery shopping (products with vivid colors).

My skin is normal to combination (only oily on my T-zone), so this review will be from my perspective, if you have oily skin check out Catarina's blog, A Girl in Mint Green, or if you have dry skin take a look at Joana's blog, Far Off Places. The Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel is for oily sensitive skin, which left me a bit hesitant, will it dry out my skin? I used the gel during two weeks, and it didn't dry out my skin! Its velvety smooth and leaves the skin feeling hydrated but without that feeling of greasy skin because of it's ph of 5.5. I loved the smell, perfect for the mornings, and also loved that it's paraben-free. In summary, I actually really liked this gel, I have nothing negative to say, I think it's a great cleansing gel to use everyday.

DIY: Banana & Honey Deep Repair Hair Mask

Eu adoro colocar máscaras no meu cabelo, e tendo o cabelo comprido como tenho é necessário cuidar muito bem dele e nada melhor que uma máscara caseira!

I love applying hair masks. Having long hair means having to take care of it and nothing better than using a homemade hair mask!





Ingredientes/ Ingredients

• 1 Banana / 1 Banana


• 1 Colher de Sopa de Mel / 1 Tablespoon Honey


• 2 Colheres de Sopa de Óleo de Coco / 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

Colocar todos os ingredientes num processador de cozinha e combinar até a banana estiver liquida (não deixe nenhuns pedaços, caso contrário irá ficar preso no cabelo). Colocar a máscara directamente no cabelo molhado e deixar actuar durante uns 20 minutos. Aconselho a aplicar a máscara assim que a tiver feito e tapar o cabelo com uma toca.

In a blender, combine all ingredients, blending until all the banana pieces are pureed and you are left with a smooth mixture (if not all banana is pureed, the banana will cling to your hair and be difficult to remove). Apply the mask to wet hair and wait 20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. I recommend applying the mask as soon as it is made and use with shower cap.

Fashion Friday #8

Eu adoro incorporar estampados no meu guarda roupa. Para quem usa peças muito básicas no dia-a-dia, facilmente se torna desinteressante, por isso utilizar um estampado pode dar um toque chique e interessante.

Para mim o leopardo é um estampado essencial, e um clássico! Combina com tudo, e dá logo um aspecto chique e refrescante. Como acessório é o melhor (menos é sempre mais, certo?). Sapatos, malas, cachecóis...

E vocês o que acham, SIM ou NÃO?

I love incorporating prints into my wardrobe. For someone who uses basic pieces on a day to day, it can easily become uninteresting, that's why adding a touch of print here and there can turn an outfit new and exciting.

For me leopard print is essential, and a classic! It goes with everything, making a simple outfit look chic and refreshing. It works best as an accessory (less is always more, right?). Shoes, purses, scarfs...

So what do you think, YES or NO?
